Contacts Report - Region Staff and Telephone Directory
This report has been redesigned in Active Reports and displays information for
all Region staff.

Unit users - Controllers and Unit Management Team can view their own Region
information.

Region users - Region staff and Region Management Team can view information for
all Regions.

State Headquarters staff can view information for all Regions.
Admin Module (December 2007)
Maintain Region Details > Edit Region Contact Positions
The screen has been modified to include all region staff positions.

Unit users have no access

Region users – All Region staff can view the screen information, however BSO
and BM positions have edit permissions to modify information.

State Headquarters staff can view the screen information.
Human Services Module (September 2007)
Changes made as a result of the HS Module AAR (December 2006).
